Part 2 of my getting back to basics. There are a lot of recipes on meatballs out there, some add milk, parsley, or cheese. Mine is very basic, the usual seasoning, egg, and breadcrumbs. If I’m serving them with pasta I usually fry them before adding to the sauce, but for soups I like to bake them. How do you make your meatballs?
Would you believe that spaghetti and meatballs are one of my favorites? It brings out the kid in me!

I adore a good spaghetti and meatballs. I put caramelized onion some secret blend of spice and a little heat. Then make the sauce from scratch and let the meatballs simmer 8n the sauce

Yeah I’ll use a whole onion sometimes 2 depending on how many meatballs I’m making diced up then cooked on a low heat with fresh ground pepper corns Himalayan pink salt and of course butter. All in cast iron pan
