I found this recipe while watching an episode of Kitchen on the Food Channel. It looked delicious, so I made it for dinner the other night. It was truly amazing!

I did follow the recipe except added a bit more Parmesan to the polenta.

A fabulous combination of flavors and textures. The deep slow cooked richness of the beef shanks. The cream polenta. Then the big hit of flavour of lemon, garlic and parley. Divine!! Virginia
